First Liberty Power Corporation (FLPC) is in the process of restructuring and filing the SEC Form 10-K annual report.

<< Tentative plan was to have it ready by April, however, restructuring includes the buyout of Stockpile Reserves, the updating of all FLPC business plans, property ownership, and environmental issues (including the issuance of a water pollution control permit for the Fencemaker Mine operation, and the relocation of mined antimony ore from Lovelock to storage on a mill site in Northern Nevada. >>

All costs associated with these actions have been, and continue to be, funded by FLPC management and key supporters.

<< CaveatEmperor, you wrote, "Words are NOT PROOF without ACTUAL tangible PROOF. They only said it but without EVIDENCE IN FIGURES on a Proper and legal Filing of actually DOING it." >>

<< It is my understanding that at this time FLPC can not legally name the people doing the funding, or the amounts. That is revealed (stated) in the SEC Form 10-K annual report. So there is no way that they can give us tangible proof that they are spending money and going through the process of restructuring and finalizing the 10K report. Until then, we have to take management's word on what is happening. >>

Financial filings of this nature are a multi-step process, involving lenders as well as data from former companies and past operational items. All information must be verified and, in some cases, individually certified by the people or organizations involved in the transactions.

<< FLPC did not re-hire the previous accounting team. Instead it hired a new accounting team which is working with an independent auditor on the filing of the consolidated report.
(As shown above, this is a time consuming process and it was not completed by April.) >>

The FLPC Management Team appreciates the patience and understanding of shareholders and previous investors through this arduous but necessary restructuring operation.

.............

At this time, there is no way to know if management is honest in their statements. A person can either hold on, or move on. I'm holding on.
