As I said explicitly, IMO, KK is a victim of circumstances, not EVIl as you suggest? Give him a call and ask whatever Q you want to? That should alleviate some of your fears and feelings?

Give him a call and ask whatever Q you want to?

I have been asking for months now when the shareholders can expect to see:

1. the 10-Q for the fourth quarter of 2016,

2. the 10-K for calendar 2016,

3. the 10-Q for the first quarter of 2017,

4. the 10-Q for the second quarter of 2017,

5. the 10-Q for the third quarter of 2017,

6. the 10-Q for the fourth quarter of 2017,

7. the 10-K for calendar 2017, and

8. any 8-Ks that were legally required for any reason, including a change in the name of the company that owns a majority of the voting control of this company. As of the most recent SEC filing, that company was Bitzio.

Oh by the way, Kevin is also late in his legal requirement to file a 10-Q for the first quarter of 2018.

I filed a complaint a few months ago with the SEC. I'll let them call Kevin, but if I don't see any evidence soon that they have called Kevin, I'll file another complaint. I also have other people I can contact, including the U.S. Attorney for the district that includes Greenshift's corporate headquarters. He would prosecute Kevin and his drinking buddies if the lack of at least eight timely SEC filings constitutes a federal crime (or perhaps seven separate counts of violations of U.S. Law plus an extra count for each missed 8-K).
