Stop and think about it for a second.....

I am NOT saying that it is 100% that TORON will end up closing this transaction. It is still a penny stock play here.

BUT, you do realize that the reply he sent you would be 100% correct at this time no matter what the actual status of the "proposed" financing they could be giving to TORON for the transaction????? Unless it was actually closed already and they had closed and funded their financing transaction that email reply makes complete sense.

There is a 0% chance that he would reply and say YES that they are working on supplying the financing to TORON or give any details at all on it. That would be a huge no-no.

Just sayin. You very well may be correct and the entire deal is dead. But I wouldn't get to that determination based on that email reply????????
