Just heard back from the TA. As expected, the dilution continues.
The AS remains at 1.5 Billion shares but the OS continues to grow meaning dilution.
On June 18 the OS was at 901,829,081
By July 11 that grew 20 million to 921,829,081
As of today that grew another 29,085,727 to 950,978,808

Now you know the purpose of all these fluff Pr's.
