Can someone explain the filings with stonebriar?
So they now received shares that amount to 7% ownership of Tmps? Was this to settle a debt of does Tmps get cash in return? Stone bridge owned by Eldridge and Todd boehly is CEO of Eldridge (he also is part owner of LA. Dodgers). How does this impact the future for Tmps?
Any connection between Todd and or Eldridge and the Johans?
