SOUM shares can be acquired. If dead on the stem, trade would have been halted. Someone is providing sufficient info to SEC/OTC authorities to allow further trade. The public is just not being informed.

Too much time without a word has passed to not have required some assurance to authorities that SOUM remains active and was not DOA.

In my case, I would rather believe the silence is due to administrative snafu and inability to work out the details sufficiently to move forward...but they will....

Takes a lot to move me completely from the positive mindset...

Reality though will show itself in the end.
