This is a minnow and the SEC has bigger fish to fry.
If they haven't shut down EEG* after 21 years of fraud, bogus mergers and absolutely no progress or revenue, this scam ain't even a blip on their radar.
And a year and a half after they charged 5 crooks at MDI* with fraud, it's still active despite its CE.
So even if they did charge B&L with fraud, fools would still be buying up .0001's and hoping to see...
