Congress is going to be lucky to get Farm Bill hammered out by Sept. 30 with House in recess , labor Day weekend holiday, etc. With Bruce on World tour and talking about buying 500 acre plots of land for communes ( most likely with investors funds) this thing will go low 2's, Maybe back into the high 1's. Scanning the news on progress of this bill, you don't get a feeling it will be resolved soon. Waiting for the bottom.
