Vongo is still a downloading movie service like movielink and cinamanow. You have to schedule downloadig ahead of time and wait for it. Plus the picture quality if you try to blow up the picture to a regular size screen is just as bad as those other sites.

Reeltime is the only one that streams the video so maybe your wait time from the time you decide to watch it to the time you are watching it is only a few minutes.
