Just fyi: many folks on this board have done a lot of due diligence for months, including the technical, financial, legal due diligence and read all the pertinent documents, including university research to global projections of demand for BIOA's products. We also know that unusual, unexpected spikes in costs caused by international market forces placed BIOA between a rock and a hard place, just as the comany's production operations were taking off. These have settled down, meanwhile, BIOA has still been making a small profit as the Court allowed the company to stay operational. In short, those with real expert knowledge (definitely not me) are not whistling past a grave yard; they're whistling on the way to the big dance!
