The last case I took to the SEC I won and Ballas knows this because I sent him the court judgment from the DOJ and a copy of the check for over 14K that I was reimbursed for my losses.
I have formed a group of 7 large investors on this site. You know many of them like Somanymike, Rushmann, Scratchgolf and myself. We know what Management thinks they are getting away with but we WILL NOT allow that to happen. I will request a Forensic accountant/Examiner to look over their books and as I told Ballas, they will find more RED flags than at a Russian parade!
I have personally run some #'s that would blow your minds that will quickly get the attention of these governmental agencies.
I hope that BALLAS and MGT and CRAIG F/IR get this message because we the stockholders are tired of being a "Piggy Bank" for the insiders including Robert Elkins of Common Sense Holding, The largest CSH and I believe the mastermind of this whole situation.
Hopefully they will try to straighten up and fly right before they land in jail. They and this non performance and convertible shares BS has got to end!! They could have been a real player in the CBD business but decided not to work that hard and just steal they money from shareholders just to make the quick bucks and they have made a lot of them but at our expense.
We are at 1/8th the High of .04 so we are now down 87.5% from the High in one of the hottest markets going. Helen Keller could see that there is something wrong with this picture!!
This being said this company even with the dilution shares is still oversold and selling at a 2-1 ratio of PPS value to Revenue of about 1.6B million diluted including 700M convertible shares some possibly in arears.
1.6B@.005= 8M to 4M+ in Rev. = 2-1
Tomorrow MM's should retest Friday's low, cover and hopefully bring it back up.
