My source expressed a hint of uncertainty. Plus, 10Qs for non-accelerated filers are due 14 August. With that, I ASSESSED about mid-August. Like I said, I am not holding my breath. I am stuck. I am cautiously optimistic. IoSafe had high-level talks with IDdriven then moved in a different direction and sold to another company between January and basically now. I wonder what IDdriven accomplished. Understanding that they are a startup in comparison to ioSafe but still. They have seasoned veterans managing. Surely they were not just sitting around licking their wounds from failing.
