It can be used to produce BDO and THF that is used in car manufacturing seats, seatbelts etc. Succinic acid can be used to adipic acid used in the manufacture of nylons and other polyols.

The buyout price is depending on future market potential if someone can make 5B a year 3-4 years from they will have to pay 10%. Just stating what company is worth buyout price can differ. JMO
