The company's future revenue potential is 10-20 billion dollars if all assets they own start generating revenue so company is currently worth 10% of it or 1-2 Billion.

Succinic acid market is 2 Billion
Butandiol market is 4 Billion
Tetrahydrofuran market is 2 Billion
Adipic acid market 7 Billion
Pthalic Anhydride market 7 Billion

That is 22 Billion market and will grow significantly in 4-5 years from now so buyer has to pay 10% that is 2 Billion.
