Consensus of the new Thermo asset value for 3B of GSAT shares? (edited)

- $1000M 33.0c/sh for 3B shares
- $1650M 55.0c/sh for 3B shares
- $1650M 68.0c/sh for 2.426B shares
- $1650M 82.5c/sh for 2B shares

this in stark contrast to

Claim is $1.6B Thermo Assets for ~3B shares (55c) + $1B GSAT value at 1.1B shares = $2.6B value / 4.1B = 63.4c.

Actual Thermo Asset value is more like $1B only, resulting in total of $2B value / 4.1B shares = 48.8c

But then GSAT value should be a bit higher $1.50/sh $1.65B value, so $1B Thermo asset value for 3B shares (55c) + $1.65B GSAT value at 1.1B = $2.65B / 4.1B = 64.6c

and of course the merger deal's collar

20d VWMA 4/24 is .6866 closing
- 80% 3.0B @ 54.928c
- 100% 2.5B @ 68.66c
- 120% 2.0B @ 82.392c

After merger close this shall go above the bottom collar ~55c,
probably at least hitting the ~68.5c mid-point. The collar is fixed!
