I see (or more accurately, don't see) that EFLN did not file any reply brief to the SEC's damning answering brief. It would have been due June 25th, so if they filed one, it would have been added to EDGAR by now.

That isn't a surprise, but somewhat disappointing. It would have been fun to read more of EFLN's hilarity. And to see the Stefanovic's dig themselves even deeper in their legal hole.
