Looking back on the March 31st quarterly report...

The balance sheet (page 2) showed $134K on the Notes Payable line and ZERO on the Convertible Notes Payable line. However, on Page 16 (14 pages later) in Note H, it describes the $134K as a convertible note payable. I sent an email to the CEO yesterday and today to let him clearly know my thoughts on the subject.

It was all there in the filing, just needed to dig deeper.
