I think that the chance that we will get the cash dividend is a bit more than 50%.



Higher than 90%. They can't afford to make the same mistake twice. All they have to do is force TRW to repay some debt in Q4 if they don't get the cash flow from contracts. There has to be a backup plan. Dan wasn't the CFO the last time the dividend was delayed IIRC. I think he would leave... if Solomon can't execute. It's his ass on the line as well now.
