They are not in the public sale yet, but the pre-sale has sold some. I believe in US you need to be accredited investor and min is 10k or more. There are bonus tokens given in the first 7 million raised.

Hard to say what will happen with token once issued, usually early investors sell the bonus tokens and since the crypto meltdown early in the year prices fell below the opening prices. Usually best time to consider them is when you can buy less once they trade, and after they dip. But definitely not an expert here. Just based on what I see.
