LRT making a move, pays about 10% dividend, its end of the month and is moving up. My educated guess is that they will be giving the divvy again this month. (had stopped due to Katrina) traded between 5 and 8 bucks when it was giving the divvy every month.

Last 2 months have re-instated the divvy, looks like this will be the 3rd, another wild card is an insurance recovery.... good luck.
