Nice try. "Deployment at scale" in reference to production or manufacturing means production levels are equal to, or approaching market demand levels. Example. XOM's refines 4.9 mil bbls per day. XOM's oil refining is DEPLOYED AT SCALE. FCEL has stated a +200 Billion market for CC, so what those numbers would be is beyond me. I would expect 2-5 GW/ year. Maybe more. These are the number's Im sure Mr. Swarup was referring to. "Commercialization" is NOT the same as "at scale." Commercialization will likely happen within the next few year. Your misinformation and misguidance is pathetic.
