by giving Chan 72-Mil free trading shares for a paultry $385,000 cash

that equates to approx 30% of the company at the new AS count of 250-Mil.

it was 48% before Gerry boy jacked the AS from 150-Mil to 250-Mil.

how pathetic - what a flipping moron and stooge Gerald has proved to be

he simply can’t understand why no one is investing in AMBS

all the while, the company continues diluting-out bigley each & everyday

AMBS = TOXIC
