Those are valid reasons for concerns and we should have a healthy debate about those by all means. I have posted before my own concerns about this as well before the shareholders call took place that addressed some of them (see this post)

Until the shareholders call I was doubtful of how credible Joey really is and in many ways he still has ways to go to prove himself to me and the investors here. If Joey was the only one on board without Phil I would be truly worried too. I am however happy that Joey made Phil the Co-CEO and am hopeful for the concept and I wish people would be too as I think we all agree that the concept has merit. I am ok with giving Phil another year to prove that he can make this work. I also believe in the power of positive thinking and I feel if we put out heads together as a group to help instead of hurt this concept we might actually achieve something. The way things are going right now we are only hurting ourselves and getting nothing done in the process that is of any true lasting value.
