The evidence says otherwise. We'll know when it is as the share price will lift off like a rocket ship way before we even see anything filed on Pacer because Hudson Global employees will be buying the stock to try and make up for the fact that they won't have a job anymore, nor work in the hospitality/event management business ever again!

All this was, was the CEO doing some housekeeping. He filed the 15-12G to give them time to decide about filings. However the money needed to pay all the late fees on Nevada SoS website was a lot bigger than one single filing so it took him longer to get the money together.

That's my view.
