first and formost they wanted to be a player here and be involved with Albania. they want a safe vehicle to sustain money flow and their assets which are at risk in billions of dollars they could lose or devalue greatly. +and it is an open field with risk reward in staggering amounts. we all will benefit by them for being patient and sticking with them. I trust them (wish I had said that 2 years ago) and will be here for the long haul
