And it is companies like this, and companies who make junk product, label for gas stations and head shops, that takes the whole CBD oil community down, invites regulators and obstructive legislation and DOJ FDA scrutiny beyond reason.

As hard as it is to believe right now our industry is about to become more regulated than medical or recreational pot, just nuts.

And stock bucket shops like this create half the problem.

What do you think when a regulator see's a company with three quarters of its accm. def. as stock? And of the remaining 30-40 MM of operational loss against zero revenue? Since 2008?

They think all of us private Co's do the same, and we are all unscrupulous , and that sucks.

This company needs to fold shop.
