Are you expecting shareholders to settle these cases with rhetorics or based on known laws and facts? Do laws and facts change because some one did not sue FHFA?

If facts were known at the time of conservatorship and if FHFA, Hank and Media were not to misrepresent and make promises with intention to mislead investor, then investors would have challenged imposition of Conservatorship under HERA (within 30 days).
