Perhaps the realization of Etelix’ growth just isn’t getting through to folks, it’s a shame the dividend announcement isn’t having the effect that mgmt intended, maybe they will announce the ex reg date after Etelix makes a key acquisition or two on top of another surge in revenue from interconnection agreements taking hold
