What are you talking about? Do you even know how much time and money goes into an IPO? Triple 0 plays *can be* perfect merger candidates for real companies/businesses as long as the right management is on both sides. Mergers with trip stock is appealing because its easy for any real company to buy in cheap without having to go through endless hassle of completing IPO process themselves EVEN MORE WITH A CURRENT STOCK IN TRIPS.
