If they say it all the time, as you write, show me just ONE ccomnaoy press release on any stock where they actually put in writing there will be no reverse splits and then there are reverse splits.

Just one will do, thanks!

I have received personally several e-mails from CEO's who said no reverse splits only to see them anyway materialize, so I know that is often "baloney" as you say, BUT I have never seen that in a public press release....

So, consider I am from Missouri, and "SHOW ME" just one press release of at least ONE or even better, two other stocks where they said that in a public press release and then they did it anyway. Then I will agree with you.
