Sure one could argue that Joey did that conference after his hand was forced but perhaps he would have done it if people had asked nicely instead and perhaps the call would have had a much better tone than as Joey would not have felt so vindicated. It just proves my point, negativity only breeds negativity. Would you reward someone with a carrot after they beat you with a stick? Perhaps you should start with the carrot and the stick might not be needed after all.
