Ha! While at tda, looking for trade possibilities, I stumbled accrossed a ticker with a recent pr stating that the company just aquired another co. in the way of a reverse merger. It further stated that the company is giving out a stock dividend from the aquired company to shareholders.

And, get this, in the same pr the company announced that it is performing a reverse split of it's stock.

Ha! What a pr!
