lol, Ali isn't everyone. As you know, there're millions of kinds of hot peppers. Little Thai peppers, good fresh or dried. They pack a punch, but aren't insanely hot. They can be used in Indian stuff too.

And yes, ordinary Americans use hot peppers in chili, and in all kinds of other dishes.

I use dried peppers in practically everything.
