Afazio-I have been led to believe that the patent processes outside of our country are a great deal more straight forward, meaning to me that once issued the processes leading to discovery and trial is much more efficient? If that is true, shouldn’t we invest more energy (concurrently) in India, Brazil, Indonesia and the EU? With what I’ve read Apple. Google and our other behemoths are NOT as well embraced by these other countries.
