True but here is the deal - IMO an International Arbitration board is not going to make a statement that they will accomplish something by a given date and then back peddle.

These entities are very concerned about their reputation and public perception.

Worst case scenario they would announce a delay in their decision but if you research them I am pretty sure you would find they never do that either.

Basically once they make a statement about what they are going to do- they do it, so as to not harm their reputation.


JMHO FWIW - this is world recognized authority - they are not going to take any kind of action to damage their reputation
