Good Afternoon Manuel,The company is working methodically with our accountant and independent auditor on the first filling with the SEC since 2013.
CEO/CFO Don Nicholson will be working over the weekend and going forward on the recently received follow up questions and additional material required from the independent auditor.
The entire process has been extremely time consuming for new independent Auditor and our accountant firm that was brought on in March to refile the 2013 SEC filing and file the 2014 filing.
The “Restructuring Operation” is now advancing into one of the last stages left, that being, getting the filings filed and up-to-date.
Nevertheless, the process was slow down significantly as the company is now compel to completely rebuild the entire 2013 financial statements and provide all requested documentations for this 2013 filing, again.
The new 2013 financial audit is being officially reviewed by this new independent auditor.
Management is working closely with the entire financial team to make sure they are truly confidant with the 2013 and 2014 filing as they will be doing all the remaining filings going forward based upon that information.
Furthermore, the company desires that the establishment of these two filings to be accurate for our shareholders and investors.
Consequently, the expected timeline got disappointingly extend as all parties concentrated on all aspects of these filing.
Once, these two initial filings have been submitted to the SEC, the company expects to release more information on the “Restructuring Operation” and the remaining filings
It has been a long and challenging “Restructuring Operation” for this small mining venture, there were many areas that had to be address.
Management continues to personally fund the operation since the “Restructuring Operation” began, and expectations are that the venture of mining and processing the rare earth metal Antimony will materialize.
