at least there is the pretense of business happening. I still believe zngy makes their money selling shares. if I recall correctly in the last 10Q the money paid for engineering services is quite large. engineering services is most probably the one making the most money from retrofit since they are actually doing the work. zngy is probably getting a commission on the cost of the project. it does buy time for zngy - but to me looks like a ponzi scheme.
