Settling debt by issuing more shares to the debtor works only if there is a bid beneath the shares so that the toxic note holder can monetize his debt into equity.
The run to over .02/share was met by selling back down to .0005
Now I realize there are many here that own stock in the .0001 - .0005 level that undoubtedly sold into that high-volume push. They did quite well for themselves I am sure.
Are individuals stating that fife didn't also participate in selling shares during that run and may continue to do so?
