I’m estimating OS around 5 Billion now.. with another 1.5 million in debt/preferred shares eliminated.. might be down to about 1 million in debt/preferred remaining..

Company coukd easily buy that out, and should versus dropping another 3 Bil in OS!!!

I would also buy some stock back for treasury shares to be utilized later...
