I think that list of things you mention, all under control of Diwan and his wife with the only real activity going on in Theracour, would give a litigator some hope of piercing the corporate veil and going after the Diwan's personally.

Since they're the only deep pockets left in this mess, that would be the only reason for someone to bother with a lawsuit.
