E*TRADE deposited and removed my dividend

FULL ALLIANCE GROUP INC COMMON STOCK CASH DIV ON 100000 SHS REC 06/25/18 PAY 07/16/18

THey said that they pay the shareholders when they get an indication of deposit against the dividend, but just like a check, the funds must ‘clear’ from the company before it’s considered settled. The company cancelled the transaction prior to it being settled (like a bad check) and thus all of the payout had to be refunded

They have an open corporate case against this dividend with the company to get to the bottom of why it happened. They said I’d get an alert or phone call if anything comes of it
