I doubt that flippers are making money here. They probably wait forever to get their Bid filled, as the price and Bid of 0.0003 does not last very long. It mostly is stuck on 0.0004 for the whole day, with flippers trying the buy it for 0.0003. Their Bid probably never gets filled, that is why we see a large accumulation on the Bid and never gets filled as a bought.
