Has anyone already considered the possibility that the buyback may not take place on the open market? Large private investors could make a deal with the company for a share swap arrangement. Perhaps the raised AS could be part of the reason for this, granting preferred shares in lieu.

I just can't think of any other scenarios for Bernard to legitimately still be peddling the buyback/uplist plan at this point.
