VRST was suspended for delinquent filing and it happened to be while Arcaro was custodian. He didn't get the filings or a 15-12g in before they suspended. Just bad timing. Notice he gets filings done very quickly now when he takes over a shell to ensure that doesn't happen.

HOW ABOUT NUGS???? That was also an Arcaro ticker ran to a high of $7 and has never been below dollars since.
