I consider them insiders. They may or may not work in conjunction with company insiders. I was referring to anyone who has enough shares and money to control or influence the market to their advantage.

Those types come in all shapes and sizes, depending on which company and which market you're dealing with. Most will do anything to transfer wealth from others to themselves.
