They might as well be for all the trading that goes on. Not private, just non compliant!
And the last time I checked some of the on line brokers wouldn't allow you to buy in on line. Too risky!

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
