AmeraMex CFO Hope Stone commented, “I have been with the Company approximately five weeks and during that time have participated in telephonic meetings with our outside auditors and, following their direction, have made the requisite updates to our financial records for years 2016 and 2017. Based on what we have accomplished during the past five weeks and the review of the updates by our outside auditing firm, we believe the 2016 and 2017 audits should be reviewed, approved and provided to our outside legal group by the middle of August.”
