Anyone can follow the basics of the court case on the link below. There has been nothing new since March, and that was just replacement of the plantiff attorney.

The case is long overdue for a ruling of some kind. However if parties are negotiating a settlement it could be on hold with plaintiff keeping the legal options open until such deal is done etc..
