SPY 60-min displays the 21 sma is a useful
inflection level for evaluating the potential staying power of
the ups and downs for 6 indices -

* the 21,2 Bollinger Band contains the majority of the price action
each day

SPY and $OEX have not tagged the upper Bollinger Band since
the July 18th noon price bar, so the upside momentum
is waning, for now

a strong uptrend has numerous tags of the upper Bollinger Band
