How do you control 3 billion users with 25K employees.

You simply can't so you become dependent on your code writers to screen new users up front which has been a big fail, then you also need to screen your advertisers as to the underlying source of the money paying for the ad. Again you can't.

They would have to revamp their whole business model to become more like Ihub. Which granted has it's faults but there is human interaction and moderators and clearly defined TOU.
